Stuffed Cheese Rolls

Yield: 5 blintzes

Ingredients:
5 Tnuva Edam Cheese Slices
2 eggs
Dash salt
½ teaspoon olive oil

Filling:
Sliced green olives
Cucumber cut into long, thin strips

Sauce:
1 cup tomato sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
½ teaspoon bssil
1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions:
1. Beat the eggs with the salt. Grease a skillet with the olive oil and prepare an omelet. Let cool, then slice into strips.
2. Place a slice of Edam cheese on a working surface. Cover with a piece of omelet, olives and cucumber strips.
3. Roll up the cheese slice and secure with a toothpick.
4. Meanwhile, put the sauce ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook for a minute and mix well.
5. Pour the sauce onto a serving plate, and arrange the cheese rolls on top.
