No-Bake Passover Cheesecake

No-Bake Passover Cheesecake

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
1 package Passover lady fingers
½ cup milk
2 containers Tnuva Quark Creamy Soft Cheese, 5%
2 8-ounce containers heavy cream
1 package instant vanilla pudding
½ cup sugar

Instructions:
1. Dip the lady fingers into the milk and arrange in a layer across the bottom of a 9” x 13” pan.
2. Mix the cheese with the instant pudding.
3. Beat the heavy cream with the sugar, and fold into the cheese mixture.
4. Pour half of the cheese mixture on top of the lady fingers. Repeat step 1, arranging the second layer of lady fingers on top of the cheese mixture, then pour the remaining cheese mixture on top. Sprinkle with cocoa. Chill for at least 4 hours.
