Sweet & Salty Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients:
2 cups pretzels, crushed
4 tablespoons sugar
4 ounces Tnuva Butter, melted
8 ounces heavy cream
3 tablespoons confectionary sugar
2 tablespoons instant vanilla pudding
1 container Tnuva Quark Creamy Soft Cheese, 5%
¼ cup sugar
Sliced strawberries for decoration
Instructions
1. Combine the crushed pretzels with the sugar and Tnuva Butter. Press into an 8” baking pan.
2. Beat the heavy cream with the confectionary sugar and the instant pudding until firm.
3. Fold in the Tnuva Quark Creamy Soft Cheese. Mix well.
4. Pour cheese mixture onto the pretzel crust. Smooth the top.
5. Chill for at least 4 hours.
6. Remove from fridge and cut into bars. Decorate with sliced strawberries, if desired.
