Sweet & Savory Pie Crust Crackers with Labaneh Balls

Ingredients:
1 pack of Tnuva’s Frozen Rolled Short Dough for Sweet Pastries
1 pack of Tnuva’s Frozen Rolled Short Dough for Savory Pastries

For the different sweet flavors:
Sweet Dukkah (Egyptian spice mixture):
¼ cup white sesame seeds
2 tablespoons of pistachios
2 teaspoons of coconut sugar or brown sugar
1 teaspoons of vanilla bean powder or ½ tsp vanilla bean paste
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Chocolate Cinnamon sugar:
3 tablespoons of white sugar
1 teaspoons of cinnamon
1 teaspoons of cocoa powder

Spiced sugar:
½ cup sugar
1 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1⁄4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1⁄8 teaspoon ground cloves
Rainbow sprinkles
Maple flakes
Raw sugar

For the different savory flavors:
• Nigella and sesame seeds
• “Everything Bagels” spice
• Za’atar with minced garlic and finely chopped parsley
• Melted Garlic butter and parsley flakes
• Chili flakes with black and white sesame seeds
• Onion flakes, poppy seeds and coarse sea salt

Instructions:
1. Use a round cookie cutter to cut out sweet and savory pie dough using your favorite cookie cutters.
2. Preheat the oven to 350 ⁰F and line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
3. Transfer the crackers onto the baking sheet, brush with lightly beaten egg white and then sprinkle with a variety of toppings.
4. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until golden.
5. Serve your savory crackers with assorted Farmers Market dips and spreads and homemade pickled feta (Tnuva Feta Cheese formed into balls, pickled in a jar filled with olive oil and Farmers Market Spicy Sundried Tomatoes)
6. Serve sweet crackers with De La Crème spreads.
