Three-Cheese Baked Ravioli

Three-Cheese Baked Ravioli

Yield: 8 servings

Prep Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
1 package cheese ravioli
10 ounces frozen broccoli
8 ounces heavy cream
¼ cup chopped parsley
1 cup sliced green onions
4 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 teaspoon garlic granules
1 container Tnuva Feta Cow’s Milk Cheese, crumbled
1 package Tnuva Goat Cheese, sliced
1 package Tnuva Edam Cheese Slices, cut into small pieces
3 ounces blanched almond slices
Olive oil

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350⁰F. Cook the ravioli in boiling water for 5 minutes and drain.
2. In a large bowl, combine the heavy cream with the salt, pepper, thyme, garlic, green onion, parsley and Edam cheese.
3. Chop the broccoli and add to the cheese mixture. Add the ravioli and mix well.
4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9”x13” baking pan. Top with the goat and feta cheeses.
5. Bake for about ½ hour until nicely browned.
6. Before serving, sprinkle almonds and a little olive oil on top.
