Three-Cheese Pasta

Ingredients:
17 ounces pasta
5 tablespoons butter
Salt to taste
½ teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
3 Tnuva Cheese Wedges
3 slices Tnuva Edam Cheese, cut into small pieces
1 slice Tnuva Hickory Smoked Edam Cheese, cut into small pieces
1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary (optional)
½ cup milk
Instructions:
1. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2. Put the butter, salt, sugar, white pepper, and cheeses in a large skillet and heat on a medium flame. Stir with a whisk.
3. When the ingredients start to separate, add the milk and whisk constantly until smooth.
4. Add the pasta to the skillet and mix well, so that all the pasta is covered in the cheese sauce. Serve immediately.
