Tiramisu Crepes
Tiramisu Crepes

Ingredients:
Crepes:
1 ½ cups flour
Dash salt
2 ¼ cups milk
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons melted butter
Filling:
6-10 lady fingers, broken in half
1 container Tnuva Premium Cheese Spread, Original Flavor
1 8-ounce container heavy cream
4 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 tablespoons brandy
1 teaspoon instant coffee dissolved into a cup of lukewarm water
Cocoa for sprinkling
Instructions:
1. Combine all crepe ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk or beat until there are no lumps.
2. Lightly grease a nonstick frying pan with a little oil and wipe with a paper towel.
3. Pour about half a ladleful of batter onto the hot pan and tilt until the batter covers the entire surface.
4. Cook over medium for 2-3 minutes, until the top is dry and the edges are slightly golden. Turn out onto a plate (do not turn over).
5. Repeat with the rest of the batter and let cool.
6. Prepare the filling: Beat the heavy cream with the powdered sugar and the brandy until soft peaks form. Add the cheese and mix gently until combined.
