Prep time: 20 min

Serves: 12

Ingredients:
1/4 cups of flour
1/4 cup of cocoa
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup of sugar
1 egg
1 container (200 ml) yogurt
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
2 tablespoons of Tnuva Butter,melted
100 grams of milk chocolate, broken into cubes
Oil, for frying the doughnuts

For the coating:
100 grams of white chocolate, melted
50 grams of dark chocolate, melted

Instructions:
1. Mix the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa, salt and sugar) in a bowl and separate the wet ingredients (egg, yogurt, vanilla, butter) in a separate bowl. Combine the mixture and mix with until uniform.
2. Heat in a deep oil pot that you would use for deep frying. After the oil has warmed, lower the heat to a medium flame. Cut servings away from the dough mixture with an ice scream scoop. Fold a cube of chocolate into the portion of dough sitting in the scoop. Close this portion over the cube of chocolate carefully. Place it in the pot of oil. Fry the doughnut bites for about 3 minutes until they are brown and remove with a perforated spoon (to drain the excess oil) and place into a plate lined with absorbent paper.

3. Cover the doughnut holes in white chocolate and sit them on a flat rack. Transfer the melted bitter chocolate to a plastic bag. Form a cone from the bag and cut a small hole into the end of it, and sprinkle the doughnut bites with the content of the bag.

4. Serve!
