Two-Ingredient Hamantaschen

Ingredients:

1 package Maadanot Frozen Rolled Short Dough for Sweet Pastries
2 cups filling (chocolate spread, jam, halva spread, etc.)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Carefully open out the thawed dough. Using a glass, cut out circles 2 ½ – 3 inches in diameter.
3. Put a teaspoon of filling in the center of each circle, and then fold into 3 corners as shown. Pinch tightly closed so that they don’t open during baking.
3. Place an inch apart on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 13-15 minutes until nicely browned. Cool.
