Whisky and Fruit Mousse Dessert

Ingredients:

1 cup steel-cut oats
1 8-ounce container heavy cream
1 container Tnuva Premium Cheese Spread, original flavor
3 tablespoons honey
1/3 cup whisky or bourbon
1 cup frozen fruit, mashed with a fork
5 vanilla cookies, crushed

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350⁰F. Place the oats on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until nice and golden.
2. Beat the cream until peaks form. Add the cheese, honey, and whisky and mix well.
3. Spoon about a third of the cream into pretty dessert cups. Sprinkle with oats and add some fruit. Repeat, ending with the cream. Top with crushed cookies.
4. Serve immediately.
