White Bread Spinach Quiche

White Bread Spinach Quiche

Yield: 8 servings

Prep time: 20 minutes

Level: Easy

Ingredients:

1 loaf sliced white bread
7 ounces Tnuva Butter, softened
2 bags frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 1/2 containers Tnuva Feta Cheese
3 slices Tnuva Muenster Cheese, cut into small pieces

Instructions:

1. Cut away the crusts from the bread.
2. Spread butter on both sides of the bread slices and arrange side by side in a quiche pan. Set aside 6 slices for decorating the top.
3. Crumble the Feta cheese all over the bread, and then top with the spinach.
4. Spread the reserved bread slices with butter and cut into strips. Arrange in a diagonal design on top of the spinach. (To make this more fun for kids, you can cut shapes out of the reserved bread, using a cookie cutter. Place the shapes on top of the quiche instead of strips.
5. Sprinkle pieces of Muenster cheese all over.
6. Bake at 350 ºF until the bread forms a golden crust.
