Yield: 2 round pizzas

Prep Time: 1 hour

Level: Medium

Ingredients:

Crust:
3 cups flour
2 teaspoons dry yeast
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 ¼ cups water
½ tablespoon salt

Mushrooms:
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 baskets mushrooms, (champignon, Portobello, or a mix), chopped
3 cloves garlic, sliced
Salt & pepper to taste
3 sprigs thyme (optional)

Sauce:
1 container Tnuva Premium Cheese Spread, Original Flavor
4 tablespoons milk
3 slices Tnuva Muenster Cheese, cut into small pieces
2 tablespoons flour
Salt & pepper to taste

Topping:
11 ounces Tnuva Muenster Cheese Slices, cut into small pieces

Instructions:

1. Put all the crust ingredients in a mixer with the dough hook. Knead for about 2 minutes on low speed and then add the salt. Knead for another 7 minutes until you have a soft, flexible dough. If the dough is sticky, add a little flour; if dry, add a little water. Cover the dough and put in a warm place until double in volume.
2. For the mushrooms, heat the oil in a large skillet over a medium flame. Add the mushrooms and stir fry until browned. Add the garlic and seasoning, and stir fry for another 3 minutes.
4. For the sauce, combine all ingredients and mix well until smooth.
5. Heat the oven to 450⁰F. Put the oven tray, upside-down, into the bottom third of the oven.
