Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 40 minutes
Serves: 8

Ingredients:

2 sheets of frozen Tnuva Ma’adanot Frozen Rolled Sweet and Savory Puff Pastry, thawed
2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons of cranberry sauce
Thanksgiving turkey leftovers, cut into strips
1 small egg, beaten
1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 ⁰F.

2. Cover your work surface with baking paper, and roll out each sheet of the dough.

3. Leaving an inch around the edges, spread a thin layer of mustard (or add more to taste) on the first sheet, and the cranberry sauce on the second sheet.

4. Spread an even layer of turkey meat on top of each sheet.

5. Roll the sheets inward, creating a “roulade”, and gently press down the edges to make sure the filling doesn’t ooze out.

6. Nick the top of each roulade (making small slices about one inch apart). This helps moisture escape and makes it easier to slice the rolls later.

7. Brush each roll with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

8. Bake on a lightly greased baking sheet until golden brown (about 40 minutes).

9. Serve warm or cold.
