Zees-Filled Chocolate Balls

Ingredients:

½ cup Tnuva Zees spread, any flavor
10 ounces dark chocolate
4 tablespoons butter
½ cup milk
9 ounces vanilla wafers, blended in a food processor
2 tablespoons cocoa
¼ cup sugar
Pinch of salt
Sprinkles for decorating

Instructions:

1. Using a teaspoon, drop 20 tiny mounds of Zees spread onto a tray lined with parchment paper. Freeze for at least two hours.
2. Put the chocolate and butter in the microwave and heat until melted. Add the milk and whisk until smooth. Let cool.
3. In a large bowl, combine the blended cookies, cocoa, sugar and salt. Add the melted chocolate mixture and mix well.
4. Form 20 balls from the cookie-chocolate mixture.
5. Take a frozen piece of Zees spread and press it into the middle of one of the balls, closing the cookie mixture all around so that it is hidden inside and not visible. Repeat with the rest of the balls.
6. Roll each ball in sprinkles. Keep refrigerated.
