Yolo Cheese Pies

Ingredients:
½ container Tnuva Premium Cheese Spread, Original Flavor
1 Tnuva YOLO dairy dessert, dark chocolate flavor
2 teaspoons cocoa
1 tablespoon sugar
½ cup chocolate chips
8 crepes
2 beaten eggs
1 cup unflavored bread crumbs
Instructions:
1. Combine the cheese, YOLO, cocoa and sugar until smooth. Transfer to a piping bag.
2. Place a crepe on a piece of parchment paper, and pipe a thick layer of cheese YOLO mixture onto the top third. Sprinkle with a few chocolate chips, then fold the edges and roll up like an egg roll. Place on a tray.
3. Repeat with the rest of the crepes, then freeze for at least an hour.
4. Fill a large skillet with about a half-inch of oil and heat to medium. Place the beaten egg and the bread crumbs into 2 shallow bowls. Dip the frozen crepes first into the egg and then into the bread crumbs. Carefully place into the hot oil and fry for about a minute or two on both sides. Repeat with all the crepes.
5. Serve hot.
