English Bread Pudding with White YOLO

Ingredients:
1/2 challah (does not need to be fresh), sliced
2 containers YOLO Milk Dessert with Fine White Chocolate
2 8-ounce containers heavy cream
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
Chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
1. Arrange the challah slices in an 8″ round tray. If using chocolate chips, sprinkle them over the challah.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the YOLO with heavy cream, eggs, and vanilla flavoring until smooth. Pour over the challah slices and set aside for half an hour for the fluid to be absorbed.
3. Bake at 350 F for about half an hour.
4. Serve while still hot from the oven. If desired, serve with YOLO Milk Dessert with Fine Milk Chocolate or Fine Dark Chocolate for dipping.
