YOLO Mocha Cream Dessert

Ingredients:
4 containers Tnuva YOLO Milk Dessert with Fine Dark Chocolate
Mocha pudding layer:
2 ½ cups milk
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
½ cup water
1 tablespoon instant coffee, dissolved in a few drops of water
1 ounce dark chocolate, chopped
Topping:
1 8-ounce container heavy cream
1 tablespoon instant vanilla pudding
2 ounces dark chocolate, grated
Instructions:
1. To prepare the mocha pudding, put the milk and the brown sugar into a medium saucepan, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low.
2. Put the cornstarch in a bowl. Add water and stir until incorporated. Pour the mixture very slowly into the saucepan, whisking constantly. Continue whisking until the milk thickens. Add the instant coffee and the chocolate and mix well. Remove from heat. Transfer the pudding to a bowl and cover with plastic wrap (make sure the plastic touches the top of the pudding so that it doesn’t form a membrane). Chill for at least 1 hour.
3. Beat the heavy cream with the instant pudding until soft peaks form.
4. To assemble, put about 2 tablespoons of YOLO milk dessert (half of the total amount) into each serving cup. Top with 2 heaping tablespoons of the mocha pudding. Add a second layer of YOLO and then top with the whipped cream. Decorate with grated chocolate and serve.
