Lettuce Salad With Cold Honey Dressing

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

7 leaves of Romaine Lettuce
10 dried tomatoes
5 pitted, sliced black olives
6 slices of Tnuva’s Feta Sheep Cheese
10 slices of an old baguette

For the cold honey-mustard dressing:
5 tbs. wine vinegar
3 tbs. olive oil
2 tbs. dijon mustard
3 tbs. honey
A dash of salt

1. Tear the lettuce into medium-sized pieces and arrange in a salad bowl.
2. Make tiny sandwiches out of the baguettes and cheese slices. Press down and slice into two.
3. Heat the olive oil in a pan and lightly fry the sandwich pieces until they're golden.
4. In a salad dressing bottle, mix the dressing ingredients well. Then, place the sandwich pieces, the dried tomatoes, and the black olives on top of the salad. Drizzle with dressing.
5. For garnish, you can add thyme, rosemary, or tarragon. Serve immediately.
