Matza YOLO Mousse Cake

Level: Easy

Ingredients:

6 square matzahs
Sweet red wine or milk for dipping matzah
6 containers Tnuva YOLO milk dessert (2 milk chocolate, 2 dark chocolate and 2 white chocolate)
2 ounces dark chocolate for garnish

Instructions:

1. Dip the first matzah into the wine or milk.
2. Place on an 8-inch square pan and spread one of the YOLO desserts on top.
3. Repeat with all the matzahs and YOLO milk desserts until you end with the YOLO.
4. Grate the dark chocolate and sprinkle on top.
5. Put in the fridge and let set for at least 3 hours.
